I am inspired to share the following notions with you. It is my hope that you will enjoy what I am about to write as much as I will enjoy writing it.

For a long time I have spoken about how life moves in cycles or phases. Recently this teaching has been in the back seat, but I wanted to dust it off and share it with you now, because those of you that are drawn to this will see value in knowing this and will benefit from knowing it, or being reminded of it.

The Ebb & Flow Of Cycles

Life is change. There is no true permanence in life. Every moment is a seed of infinite possibilities. Before coming into this life and incarnating on this Earth, as you have, you saw these potentials. Every possibility you have seen play out in your life, every one that you have chosen against, every moment that has passed, and every moment yet to come… All of this was the very reason that this life – the life you are living right now – was so appealing to you.

Me & The River, Feeling The Energy & Relaxing Into The Ebb & Flow Of Life

There Is No Good, There Is No Bad. There Is Only Energy.

It is often said that nothing is good and nothing is bad. But what do we mean by this? We mean that, from a non-judgemental, unconditionally loving perspective, there is nothing wrong with anything. Source – God – has no judgement. If ‘he’ did, ‘he’ would not be all-loving. It is in understanding that we are extensions – expressions – of this God energy, this Source, that we see that on a non-physical level we hold no judgement. Judgement is exclusive to the physical, human experience- and judgement is an absolute of the experience.

Judgement is just one thing in the vast array of experiences we have while here on Earth. However, judgement is a integral and key part of this experience. If we were not to judge we would not know happy from sad, love from fear and so on. Judgement is what brings us our emotions, and our emotions are the single most valuable part of the human experience.

When we can fall in love with the fact that judgement is a tool for discernment–a tool designed to enable us to know alignment from resistance–then we are no longer in fear of being judgemental, over-reacting or losing our spirituality to negative emotions.

The Truth About Spirituality

There is nothing more of less spiritual about any way of being or “vibrational frequency.” We are, by nature, spiritual beings having a human experience, so it is impossible for us to become any less or any more spiritual based on what we do. It’s like covering a tomato in tomato purée or mustard and expecting it to improve the flavour inside of the tomato. A tomato is what it is, a tomato. It will always maintain the taste, smell, texture and essence of a tomato regardless of what you do with it, regardless of what food you make with it, until it eventually stops existing. We are like that tomato, we will always and forever remain as a stream of source energy, source consciousness, which happens to be expressing itself as what ever it is expressing itself as, at no point will it become any less, or any more of what it is, because that’s what it is.

The truth is, there is only oneness. Everything else is an illusion. In order for the illusion to maintain it’s integrity as an illusion, things must be constantly changing, moving and flowing. It is because of this that the expression of this oneness, Source, is life. It is because of this that life is change.

Indulging in the metaphor of the tomato one last time, we see that there is only one real difference between us, as humans, and the tomato. The tomato is a thought form, a living expression and a residual manifestation of the change of life, a projection of source consciousness. Likewise, the human form is a thought form, a projection of source consciousness, this time with an active source stream which has come to manifest itself within the physical dimension. Both are energy manifest. The only real difference then, is in fact the form in which it is manifests.

Everything is energy. There is no physicality, only the illusion of physicality. The way in which energy comes together in order to construct and maintain the illusion creates physicality.

This is a diagram which details the nature of cycles or phases. A second is one cycle, and 60 seconds creates a minute. A minute is another cycle, 60 minutes makes an hour as so on. This is just one example. Life moves in this pattern. Small cycles making up larger ones, and those larger ones creating ever larger ones. Of course, now this has been observed, I would image it will change soon. After all, the very act of observation alters that which is being observed!

This physicality is vibratory in nature – that is to stay that it is never still. And, as always, what is within the microcosm is mirrored in the macrocosm and vice verse. Nothing is still, everything is moving constantly. And, as Terence McKenna said everything is exponentially developing “novelty” which is his word for complexity. Everything is the physical dimension is growing in depth and complexity, it is forever expanding.

Of course, being that the nature of the universe is that nothing is ever static, that is to say that nothing stays the same, it would be contradictory to say that everything is always and forever expanding. There is change here too. Things expand in one way, in one sense, and then they contract in another. We grow in our younger years and then shrink in our old age. We gather a plethora of knowledge and then we filter out the non-essential, non-useful information. These are examples of the expansion and contraction of life.

In Conclusion

What all of this really comes down to, what all of this really is, is an explanation of the value of cultivating a state of allowing, rather than a state of resistance. If we are in resistance we are fighting against the inevitable. The result of resistance is of course more resistance, but second to that when we are in resistance we will experience frustration, anger, sadness and so on for a large percentage of our time. But again, life is change, and so we cannot be100% happy, elated, euphoric and ecstatic all of the time. It is the natural flow of life to feel both sides of the coin, figuratively speaking. Without one we would not fully appreciate the value, benefit or beauty of the other – without fully allowing each emotion to run it’s course, we never truly will appreciate the full beauty. Contrast it what brings appreciation, awe and most importantly expansion.

This is why I am saying to you today that life is change. When you begin to allow yourself to see the true beauty of the ebb and flow of life, when you allow that experience into your existence, that is when things will change. That is when life becomes vivid, lucid, amazing and awe-inspiring to the maximum.

That life is the one I wish for you, and for everyone.

I love you.

Namaste all the way!
